Disappointed Customer
Have worn Bates for as long as I can remember and was thrilled when I learned they had a riding collection available. Received my boots today and they are probably the most uncomfortable riding boots I have tried on to date. I will be sending these back immediately for a refund. Bates really dropped the ball here, the comfort level is so far off from their tactical and duty boots its hard to believe that they have the same brand name on them.
