I haven't used this product yet, but, as soon as I put the shoe on, It felt good. I'm on my feet all day 5 days a week I don't have an office and we have no chairs to sit on. I only expect these shoes to last 6 months a year max. I'll stay in touch.

======
I've had my shoes for about 3 years, but in my job I've only worn them about a dozen times before this week, when I've been wearing them everyday. Both heels are delaminating and shedding chunks of black foam everywhere I walk. The uppers look new....in fact I consider these new shoes because they have such little use, and they're falling apart! These shoes are junk.
Why doesn't bates offer this shoe with a leather sole? I have a pair of black shoes with leather soles that are 10+ years old and still look great.

These shoes are garbage
I'm an aviator that rarely wears Khakis/brown shoes. I bought a pair of these less than 2 years ago to replace a previous pair that had their soles completely crumbled. After wearing these shoes approximately 5 times over 1 1/2-2 years the soles have once again completely crumbled. These shoes are made of appallingly low quality and it's an absolute travesty that they are contracted with the U.S. military.
We are very sorry to hear about your soles durability. We will be in touch with you very soon to offer our assistance.
