Every year, a small group of Bates employees travels to the Naval Academy in Annapolis Maryland over the 4th of July. Our employees have the honor to meet and greet Naval Cadets as they prepare for graduation. Each year, we size and fit every cadet for their first pair of Bates oxfords. What an honor to spend the July 4th holiday with these brave men and women who are choosing to defend our nation. Thank you to all military personnel for allowing us to celebrate the 4th of July safely!
